Woman Admits Killing Mother-In-Law

A woman's appeared in court and admitted killing her mother-in-law in Southampton.

56-year-old Baljit Kaur Buttar was found dead with head injuries at a house in Broadlands Road, Swaythling in February 2011.

She had been staying with her son and his wife on a five-month visit to the UK from India.

35-year-old Rajvinder Kaur has pleaded guilty to manslaughter but denied murder at Winchester Crown Court. She will go on trial on July the 2nd.
