Police looking for a former prisoner from Southampton, who's on the run, say anyone who's helping him could face 10 years in prison.
Hampshire Police say Michael Green, 22, formerly of Sedbergh Road, Southampton, was released from prison on licence in February, 2013. The licence was revoked earlier this month, and he is unlawfully at large.
Acting Detective Chief Inspector Paul Gelman had the following warning to Michael and those people who are assisting him:
"Michael, please hand yourself in at the nearest police station. Your actions could lead to your loved ones or friends facing up to 10 years' imprisonment for knowingly letting you stay with them or assisting you in evading the police."
Anyone with information about Michael Greens location is asked to contact the Offender Management Team at Southampton Central on 101 or ring the anonymous Crimestoppers charity line on 0800 555 111.
