Police are investigating an attack on a family home in Pentire Avenue, Shirley, Southampton, where the offender(s) left a trail of motiveless criminal damage.
Unknown offender(s) entered the private garden of the property and threw plant pots, rocks and stones at the windows of the house. The ground floor windows and sliding glass doors were smashed, damaging the furniture and fittings within the house.
Garden furniture was also dumped in a fish pond and a shed window was also broken.
The property backs on to the rear yard of Wickes in Winchester Road, Shirley. Were you a customer at Wickes that day? Did you hear the damage being caused? Did you see or hear anyone in the garden? Did you witness this incident?
