Tribute To Motorway Fall Man

Tributes have been paid to a 25-year-old man who fell off a bridge over the M27 on New Years day.

Ryan Perks from Pylands Lane, Bursledon, died at the scene after falling onto the carriageway shortly after midnight.
 
A statement from Mr Perks’ family reads: “The family are devastated at the tragic loss of Ryan.
 
“He was a gifted, caring young lad with a great love for life, his family and friends.
 
“He was an ex-pupil at Wildern Secondary School and Barton Peveril College. He left Microlink in Chandlers Ford to pursue a portfolio career in music, film and photography plus involvement in the launch of a new clothing range.
 
“He loved skateboarding and playing basketball.
 
“Ryan was a wonderful son and brother who will always be loved and missed. His was a beautiful life cut short.”
 
Police are investigating Mr Perks’ death, although it is not thought to be suspicious.
