Jury Dismissed In Jamie Dack Murder Trial
The jury in the trial of three people accused of murdering a man whose body was found in a burning bin in Southampton - has been discharged for legal reasons.
It's after after 6 weeks of hearing evidence at Winchester Crown Court.
It means Ryan Woodmansey, 31, Andrew Dwyer-Skeats, 26, and Donna Louise Chalk, 21, will all now face a re-trial.
Firefighters found 22 year old Jamie's badly burned remains when they were called to put out the fire on the Empress Road Industrial Estate in the early hours of April 8.
A post-mortem examination found Mr Dack had been stabbed in the neck, shoulder, chest, abdomen and leg.
Another man, a 28-year-old who changed his plea during the trial, has admitted the murder and has been convicted.
