A busy time recently for Hampshire Police with their campaign to crackdown on anti-social motorcycle riding in the Shirley area of Southampton.
Officers found a stolen moped and arrested three people in connection with it.
While looking at the motorcycling issue they also seized a car for no insurance and then found two mopeds whizzing around in an anti-social way and being driving without due care and attention in the Green lane/Colne Close area.
Both riders were issued with warnings and had their bikes seized because of insurance/licence/mechanical issues.
Officers also dealt with a quad bike being ridden illegally in Lordswood and gave a youth a warning too for riding his moped without any regards to the laws of the road in Dale Valley Road.
Police say they hope this work is helping to make a difference for the local community and of course making the roads safer too.
