Students Evacuated After Fire At Halls

An 18-year-old man has been arrested after a fire broke out at Romero Halls in Southampton on Saturday night.

Students had to be evacuated from the site in Archers Road but police say no-one was hurt.

Most have since returned to their halls of residence.

The man is being questioned by police on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger to life.
