Student Threatened With Knife In Gosport
Police are appealing for information following an incident in Felicia Park, Grove Road, Gosport sometime between 4 and 4.30pm on Thursday, December 8.
An 18-year-old man walking home from college through the park saw four men sat on bikes near the entrance.
One of the group asked if he wanted to buy drugs, when he refused the man pulled a knife from his pocket and the college student ran away.
The man who showed the knife is described as:
*20 years of age
*5ft 8ins tall
*Slim build
*Wearing a dark coloured hooded top
*Mohican hair cut
*Top right tooth missing or decayed
PC Hayden Smith said: “There were many children playing in the park at the time of the incident. We would like to speak to anyone who could help us identify this group.
“Drug dealing and knife crime will not be tolerated; parks should be an area of safety for children to play. This is a rare occurrence and we will continue to patrol the area. We would encourage suspicious activity to be reported as soonas possible.”
