Tributes To Girl Killed In Crash
Tributes are being paid to a 16-year-old girl killed on the A31 near RIngwood.
Jade Clark - who used to go to Ringwood School - died after coming off a scooter on Sunday evening.
Headteacher Miss Chris Edwards said: "Jade left Ringwood School in July 2012 to follow her love of hairdressing by starting a College course. She had a lively, bubbly personality and was always full of life. She will be remembered as someone who had a “huge heart”, always willing to help others in difficulty – a really positive force for good.
"Jade was always grateful for everything life had to offer. She wanted to improve herself, and refused to let things hold her back. She dropped in to see us on regular basis to let us know how she was getting on, and to thank people for their help and support.
"It was a real joy to see the progress she had made, an independent, confident young woman enjoying life to the full.
"Our thoughts and best wishes go to her family and friends at this difficult time."
Police have told Heart a red scooter was involved in a crash just before the Ashley Heath Roundabout near Ringwood on Sunday evening shortly before 8.30pm.
