Police are appealing for information after a large quantity of bathroom furniture was dumped in Woodhouse Lane and New Barn Farm Lane at Idsworth, near Waterlooville sometime between late evening on Tuesday, June 19 and 1.30am on Wednesday June 20.
Around 20 bath tubs, doors; kick panels; glass shower panels and rubble were left in three large piles in the middles of a rural lane, making it impassable.
PC Glynn Melhuish said: “We are keen to speak to anyone who may have seen a large vehicle containing or carrying a load including baths and bathroom furniture in the Idsworth or Blendworth areas overnight between Tuesday and Wednesday. Thisvehicle may have looked suspicious or out of place.”
