Chart superstar Pharrell Williams is among the latest big names to be added to the bill for the Isle Of Wight Festival.

The hitmaker, whose track Happy has been one of the biggest hits of the year and the most streamed song on Spotify in 2014, will play on a date to be finalised at the weekend-long event staged next June.

Also newly added to the event are electro-dance act Prodigy and US rock duo Black Keys who will both play on Friday, June 12.

They join the Sunday night headliners Fleetwood Mac who were announced earlier this week.

Festival organiser John Giddings said: ``With a brand new album coming out next year it's great to welcome the Prodigy back to The Isle Of Wight Festival - they never fail to deliver and are one of the best live acts around.

``We're all big fans of The Black Keys and their live show is phenomenal, I know they're going to go down well with the crowds. And, of course, man of the moment Pharrell Williams - this just continues to reaffirm him as one of music's most exciting and crowd-pleasing artists around.''

Further details of the event - staged at Seaclose Park, Newport, are at isleofwightfestival.com with tickets going on sale on Friday.
