Masked Men Break In While Family's At Home

Police are looking for five men who broke into a family's home in Southampton - while they were in their living room.

Five men - three in balaclavas - broke down the front door of the house in Waveney Green at about 11.30pm on Sunday. They took two mobile phones and money, while a mother was sat with her sons aged four and two.

A 19-year-old friend was also there, and was punched in the face. Ne was taken to Southampton General Hospital with a suspected broken jaw.

Officers say the burglars drove off in a Ford Fiesta with a 2011 number plate.
