Man Seriously Assaulted In Gosport

The 32-year-old man was pushed to the floor and repeatedly kicked and stamped on outside a kebab shop on Brockhurst Road.
It happened on Sunday between 1.30am and 1.55am on the corner of Brockhurst Road/Cambridge Road, following a verbal disagreement with two men.
The man suffered a fractured jaw and bruising.
Two men from Gosport have been arrested in connection to this incident and bailed until July 10.
DC Samantha Gee, said:
"We are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the assault to come forward. This was a violent attack outside a kebab shop that would have had passing trade. Were you in the area at the time? Did you see these men having an altercation?
"We are particularly interested in hearing from three women who saw what happened but left before police arrived, as we believe they may have important information that could help with this investigation."
