Man Hurt In Southsea Knife Attack
Detectives are investigating a fight outside a pub in Southsea.
Police were called to the junction of Milton Road and Priory Crescent near the Brewers Arms at 8.44pm on Sunday, December 23rd.
A 30-year-old man from Portsmouth was left with arm injuries after being attacked with a knife by another man.
While the men were fighting, it's thought the suspect was somehow hit by a passing taxi.
Detective Constable Julie Way of Portsmouth CID said:
“This was a vicious violent attack with a weapon. Police are appealing for any witnesses to the fight, and the driver of the vehicle that we believe had a collision with the suspect.”
