Man Charged Over Fire At Job Centre

A man has been charged with attempted arson following an incident at the Job Centre, Bernard Street, Southampton.

Police were called to the centre just before 11.30pm on Monday, August 8.

19-year-old Tobias Shakka Martin Hotston-Clarke, who's unemployed, has been charged with attempted arson and is due to appear at Southampton Magistrates Court on Friday, August 12.
