Man Arrested After Portsmouth Park Rape

A woman's been raped in Portsmouth in an attack which took place in the afternoon.
The 22-year-old was walking through Victoria Park on Sunday (10 November).
A man's been arrested on suspicion of rape and is being questioned.
A Hampshire Constabulary spokesman said:
"Police were called at 6.15pm on Sunday 10 November 2013 to a report of a serious sexual assault on a 22-year-old woman from Portsmouth.
"Initial enquiries have established the assault took place in Victoria Park sometime between 4pm and 4.30pm on Sunday 10 November.
"Specialist officers are working with the woman to provide dedicated support for her welfare.
"A 31-year-old man from Portsmouth was arrested on Monday 11 November on suspicion of rape. He is being questioned in custody at a police station."
