Efit After Winchester Attack
Detectives in Winchester have released an efit of a man they'd like to speak to in connection with an assault on a 21-year-old woman on February 29.
The woman was walking home between 10.30pm and 11.30pm along Sparkford Road onto Airlie Road onto Cromwell Road and finally onto Stanmore Lane. As the woman was walking between Cromwell Road and Mildmay Road on Stanmore Lane she remembers being hit on the side of her head. She woke to find herself on the ground and believes she had been sexually assaulted.
The woman was wearing a brown leather jacket and green skirt at the time and had been talking on her mobile phone during most of her journey.
The woman remembers seeing a man in the area at the time, he is described as asian, aged in his 30s, 5ft 9ins or taller, with messy, dirty dark hair and a parting, wearing dark blue jeans and a dark blue long sleeved shirt rolled to mid forearm.
