Celebrtions As Southampton Are Promoted!

It's been a weekend of partying for Southampton fans after their side returned to the Premier League after a 7-year absence.

Saints'  4-0 win over Coventry means they sealed the final automatic promotion spot.

Thousands of fans poured onto the pitch at St Marys as the final whistle blew. Many Coventry fans stayed to applaud them.

Manager Nigel Adkins says a lot of work has been going on behind the scenes to prepare them for the Premier League.

Despite West Ham's 2-1 victory over Hull, they'll have to settle for a place in the play-offs.

They'll meet Cardiff over two legs after the Bluebirds got the final spot by overcoming Crystal Palace 2-1.

Birmingham, who were 2-0 winners at champions Reading, will take on Blackpool - who drew 2-all at Millwall.

Elsewhere, Middlesbrough lost 2-1 at Watford - while Leeds beat Leicester by the same scoreline.

The match between Brighton and Barnsley finished 0-0.
