1.5 milion people used Southampton port last year for cruise holidays, making it one of the busiest in Europe.
Last year passengers figures went up 11%.
And it doesn't seem the sinking of the Costa Concordia earlier this year is causing things to slow down.
According to a new report from the European Cruise Council, bookings have slowed down since the ship hit rocks off the coast of Italy in January.
But Heart's been told the industry's still growing in Southampton.
Carol Marlowe is MD at P&O cruises: "Every time a ship comes in, that's an economic benefit for about £2.5m to the area. That's great news."
