A 24-year-old man has been charged following a laser pen incident in Paulsgrove.
Daryl Bush, of Ledbury Road, Portsmouth will appear before Portsmouth Magistrates Court on Monday, September 5.
He has been charged with recklessly or negligently acting in a manner likely to endanger an aircraft or person in an aircraft.
