Welsh FM To Favour Union In Edinburgh Speech

The Welsh First Minister Carwyn Jones will make a speech in Scotland today saying he believes voting No in next year's referendum is a positive choice

He's attending a conference in Edinburgh called, Wales, Scotland and the United Kingdom 

The First Minister will set out why he believes that a lasting devolution settlement within a strong United Kingdom is a better route than separatism. 

Speaking ahead of the conference, the First Minister said: "While independence is not on the agenda in Wales, we are following the debate in Scotland with interest. This is an opportunity for me to set out why I believe a strong Scotland in a strong UK is a positive choice in next year's referendum."
