Should the voting age be lowered for the referendum on Independence? Here at Capital, we've taken a look at the issue...

We visited Queen Anne High School in Dunfermline and spoke to a number of pupils to gauge their views.

There was general agreement in favour of lowering the age limit.

The SNP are also in favour of the move and we spoke to Deputy First Minister Nicola Sturgeon about the issue.

Talks will continue this week and it has become a sticking issue between both the UK and Scottish governments.

We then spoke to all four main political parties in Scotland.

Again, there was general agreement between the parties, with only the Conservative's expressing any concern.
