Sir David Murray, the former owner of Rangers, says that current owner, Craig Whyte, "duped" him into selling the club.
Murray sold the club to Whyte for £1 in May last year.
Rangers have since collapsed into administration with millions of pounds in debts.
The SFA has ruled Whyte isn't a fit and proper person to run a club.
It has also emerged that Whyte had been disqualified from being a director of a company for 7 years.
He sold off the clubs future season tickets to help fund his takeover of the club for £24 million, using the money to wipe out £18 million of debt to Lloyds banking group.
