Scottish Budget Unveiled

The Scottish government says its going to spend 23 million pounds in the next year mitigating the effect of the Uk governments welfare cuts....

The Finance Secretary's new budget, announced today, also promises 17 million pounds more for colleges and 15 million to help create more jobs in the private sector
