Referendum Deal "Close"

A deal should be struck over the independence referendum by late October.

That's according to the Scottish secretary Michael Moore.

Westminster and Holyrood have been arguing over details, but an agreement must be reach soon if the Scottish Government are to go ahead with a planned vote in Autumn 2014.
