Police Investigate Following Man's Death

A road in Glasgow has been closed as police investigate a man's death.

 Officers were called to a report that a man was hurt in Cumbernauld Road at around 9.30pm last night.

He was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary but died on the way there.

His death is currently being treated as unexplained and a post-mortem examination will be carried out.

Police are trying to establish the man's identity.

The road has been closed off as police carry out investigations in the area.
