Man charged two weeks after body found in Glasgow flat

A man has been arrested and charged in connection with the death of a 28-year-old who was found dead at his home in Glasgow.

The body of Ryan Richardson was found by police at his flat in Kilmany Drive in the Shettleston area on Friday March 15.

Officers went to the property after being told by his family that Mr Richardson had not been in contact for more than a week.

Police said a 25-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the death.

He is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Friday.

A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
