Hearts Owner Issues Statement

Hearts owner Vladimir Romanov has issued another bizarre statement on the club's website.

In it, he refers to the scottish media as "Monkeys" and repeatedly speaks about Mowgli - the lead character in the Jungle Book

But it also suggests Romanov will be providing no more money for the Gorgie club, and they will need to learn to live within their means.

It comes after the players wages for December were finally paid yesterday, after the SPL intervened
