Hearts say they're awaiting clarification on the situation regarding one of their majority shareholders, which is in danger of financial collapse.
If it's found Lithuanian investment firm UBIG have gone into insolvency, then Hearts could be deducted up to 18 points - relegating them from the top flight instead of Dundee.
Although the club are no longer reliant on the company for external funding, it's thought they do still owe them around £10million pounds.
