Four women have been arrested after a disturbance in Glasgow close to the scene of a weekend brawl which resulted in the death of a man.
A 35-year-old woman was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in the city following the incident in Scarrel Gardens, Castlemilk, at 7pm on Tuesday.
Three others were injured but did not require medical treatment.
A spokeswoman for Police Scotland said: "Four females aged 19, 35, 36 and 46 have been reported to the procurator fiscal in connection with the incident.''
They are expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Thursday.
Police said "one line of inquiry'' it was pursuing was that the Scarrel Gardens disturbance was connected to a brawl in nearby Ballantay Terrace on Saturday.
Jamie Lee, 22, died and five others were injured in the Ballantay incident in which two men were shot.
