Around 60 people have been evacuated from a block of flats in the centre of Glasgow after a fire broke out.
Firefighters were called to the fire at an eight-storey building in York Street around 11.20pm last night.
Crews were confronted with an "intense fire'' on the three upper floors when they arrived, a spokeswoman for Strathclyde Fire and Rescue said. All residents were accounted for and one woman was treated for the effects of smoke inhalation.
An investigation into the cause of the fire is under way.
