A woman who allegedly shouted "bang bang'' at blinded Northumbria Pc David Rathband is due to appear before magistrates.
Kelsey Donkin was arrested after she also allegedly made a gun gesture with two fingers behind the officer's back as he attended Newcastle Crown Court for the trial of two men accused of helping Raoul Moat, who shot him.
Donkin, attending the court to support a friend in a separate case, was arrested and later charged with disorderly conduct.
The 22-year-old, from Sunderland, will appear at Newcastle Magistrates' Court.
Unarmed Pc Rathband lost his sight when Moat shot him in the face twice, 24 hours after he murdered his ex-girlfriend's new lover and seriously injured her.
