Teen Remanded Over Peterlee Stabbing

A teenager's appeared before magistrates charged with the murder of a 20-year-old man in Peterlee in County Durham.

Cole Wilson from Newcastle was found dead at a house at Sledmere Close early on Sunday.

19 year old John Blackburn, from Walker, was remanded in custody.

He'll appear at Newcastle Crown Court on 27th September.

A post-mortem examination found Cole Wilson died from stab wounds to the chest and the side of his head.
