NUFC Named In Top 10 'Value For Money' Clubs

Newcastle United have been placed in the top 10 best value Premier League Clubs for fans .

Researchers looked at things like season ticket costs, performance and entertainment value.

The Mags are 8th while Sunderland come in at number 12.

Meanwhile, Toon striker Demba Ba's come 2nd in the poll of 'Best Value' players - beaten by Arsenal's Robin Van Persie.

Sunderland's Seb Larsson made it into the top 20, coming in at 14th.

The survey also asked people if they would renew their season tickets next season.

Of the Newcastle United fans, 2% said they wouldn't renew if prices went up, 5% said they wouldn't renew next season and 9% were undecided.

5% of Sunderland fans who were asked said they would renew if prices went up, 4% had decided they weren't going to renew next season and 7% were undecided.
