For the first time ever Camelot has released a phone call of the moment a Middlesbrough man found out he'd won £1 million on the lottery.
Andy Garth phoned the Camelot helpline on Boxing Day 2012 and was told he'd won £1 million on the Millionaire Raffle.
The 29 year old told Capital:
"I was pretty calm until the lady on the phone confirmed I'd won and I shouted out 'yes!' really loudly and said 'Oh my god, I love you?'.
I then explained that I hadn't checked the ticket on Christmas Day but on Boxing Day which was my birthday.
It really was one of the best moments of my life!."
Since winning, Andy has treated his friends to a holiday in Amsterdam and bought a new house which he is in the process of renovating.
