Body Found In A House In Ashington

Police are treating the death of a man, whose body was found in a house in Ashington, as 'unexplained'.
Police and paramedics were called at 1:39am this morning, after receiving a report expressing concern for a man in Debdon Road in Ashington.
The man was taken to the RVI where he was pronounced dead.
Enquiries ongoing and extra officers are in the area.
Anyone with information is asked to speak to officers or call police on the non-emergency 101 number.
