Two boys in court over Bolton rape

Two teenage boys have been charged after a teenage girl was raped in Bolton.
The boys - who are aged 16 and 17 and cannot be named for legal reasons – have been charged with rape and remanded to appear before Bolton Magistrates Court today.
This is in relation to a report made to police shortly before 11pm on Wednesday 26 September 2018 that a teenage girl had been raped in Heywood Park a short time earlier.
The girl is continuing to receive support from specially trained officers.
