Robbery likely motive for Warrington murder

Police say robbery was the likely motive that led to the murder of a man in Warrington.

Carl Chadwick was found dead at his flat in Orford last month. He had been strangled and stabbed. The 40-year-old was well known in the community for keeping thousands of pounds in his home.

Officers have since discovered several thousand pounds has gone missing from the property.
