Manchester Party Stab Victim Named

Police have named the 23 year who was stabbed during a house party in Tyldesley as Stuart Smith.

Officers were called to a house on Rutland Road shortly after 3am on Monday 7 May 2012 after reports a man had been stabbed. 

They found 23-year-old Stuart Smith with serious injuries to his body. He was taken to hospital but sadly died a short time later. 

Detectives last night (Monday) arrested a 23-year-old man on suspicion of murder.
