Man Falls From Motorway Bridge In Denton

Parts of the M67 in Denton have been closed off after a man fell from a bridge in the early hours of this morning.

Police were called a railway bridge over the M67 at St Annes Road, Denton, following reports a man had fallen onto the carriageway. 

The man was found unconscious and died at the scene

The westbound carriageway between junctions three and four is now closed while emergency services deal with the scene. It is like to remain closed for another hour. 

The death is not believed to be suspicious.
