Man In Court Over Manchester Attempted Murder

A man charged with attempted murder in Manchester's appeared in court.

22-year-old David Walters been remanded into custody after appearing at Manchester City Magistrates on Monday.

He's accused of attacking a 74-year-old woman at a bus stop outside Southern Cemetry on the 29th December.

She received multiple knife injuries and remains in hospital.
