A man has been charged with the murder of Luke Graham who was shot in Ashton-under-Lyne.
26-year-old Lee Adshead of Havana Close in Manchester has been charged with murder and attempted murder.
At around 4.50pm on Wednesday 13 June 2018, police were called to reports that a man had been shot on Birch Street in Ashton-under-Lyne.
Luke Graham, 31, was taken to hospital where he sadly died from his injuries.
Another man in his 20s later presented himself at hospital with a gunshot wound to his leg. He was treated for non-serious injuries.
Adshead will appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court today, Friday 7 September 2018.
