A Wigan man's been charged with manslaughter after a man was pushed over outside a bar in the town centre.
Michael Washurst died of a head injury after hitting his head on the pavement outside Chicago Rock in King Street.
The 60-year-old was pushed over in the early hours of October 8th and died the next day.
A post mortem confirmed the cause of death to be a head injury.
David Hanbury, who's 30, will appear in court in January charged with manslaughter.
