The family of Kiaran Stapleton, who murdered Indian student Anuj Bidve in Salford on Boxing Day, face being evicted from their council house
Stapleton, 21, was jailed for life in July for shooting dead the 23-year-old – who was a student at Lancaster University - last December
It's understood his family have breached the tenancy agreement on their home in Salford.
An order’s been served by Salix – who looked after Salford City Council’s social housing.
Sue Sutton, the company’s director of customer and neighbourhood services, said:
"We served a second Notice of Seeking Possession (NoSP) on the property approximately three weeks ago."
"An application for possession was issued at court last week. We are now awaiting a court hearing date, which is likely to be about March next year."
