A mum has been charged with manslaughter after her baby boy died when a telly fell on top of him.
Kian McMillan was taken to hospital with head injuries following the incident at his home in Scarlett Street in Burnley, on December 6 last year.
He was transferred from the Royal Blackburn Hospital to the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital but died the next day.
24 year old Natalie McMillan, who now lives in Bradford in West Yorkshire, has been charged with manslaughter by gross negligence and child cruelty, said Lancashire Constabulary.
40 year old Edward Hanratty, also from Bradford, is accused of child cruelty.
A police spokeswoman said: “Both have been bailed to appear before Burnley Magistrates' Court on May 1.”
