Another Manchester mum has been forced to hand her 14 year old son in after seeing his picture in newspaper coverage of the riots on Tuesday.
The 14-year-old, who we cannot name for legal reasons, has now been charged with burglary with intent to steal.
He will appear at the youth court at Manchester Magistrate' Court on Saturday 13 August 2011.
The boy's mum spotted an image in the Daily Mail yesterday, Thursday 11 August, which she recognised as her son and confronted him about it.
She then made him go to Stretford Police Station to talk to officers.
He has been charged in connection with a break-in at Sainsbury's on Deansgate.
Yesterday the mum of a 15 year old boy handed him in to police after seeing footage of him trying to prise open the shutters of a shop in Salford Shopping.
He's also been charged with burglary.
