A video has been released by police forces in the East Midlands to try and prevent young people from finding extremist content on the internet.
The video, which features YouTube comedian Humza Arshad, was created by the East Midlands Sepcial Operations Unit Prevent Team, to highlight the dangers of exposure to extremist messages.
The idea is to target young British Muslims, in an attempt to stop more young people going to Syria and Iraq to fight with Islamic State militants.
At least 500 Britons are thought to be in the two countries.
The 15-minute video, called 'Think For Yourself' is trying to educate young people about not believing everything they read.
