A woman whose sister was raped and murdered by a man in Leicestershire in the 1980s has told Capital she'll never forgive him.
Colin Pitchfork was jailed for life for murdering two girls - including Lynda Mann in Narborough in 1983
He's on a parole review after his minimum term was cut by 2 years.
Rebecca Eastwood says he shouldn't be allowed out - her family's petition has almost 25 thousand signatures.
