Man charged with Market Square assault
A 30-year-old Nottingham man has been charged with GBH.
It follows an assault in Market Square on Sunday 2 August in which a man sustained stab wounds. He was taken to Queen’s Medical Centre and has since been released.
Jamie Swann, of Watcombe Circus, Carrington, has been charged with GBH and possession of an offensive weapon.
He is due to appear at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court this morning (Tuesday 4 August 2015).
