Leicester's Regeneration By Helicopter

Capital went up in a helicopter with officials from Leicester earlier to see how the city's regeneration is going.

Leicester's Mayor Sir Peter Soulsby and City Centre Director Sarah Harrison say in the last three years more businesses have invested in the city and reckon the Highcross Shopping Centre has been a major influence.

Officials have also told Capital that young people now have a better sense of belonging since more mulit-million pound businesses have opened; like the Curve Theatre, Pheonix Square and O2 Academy.
